The Bann
The River Bann flows from Lough Neagh in the middle of Northern Ireland, through the centre of Coleraine and enters the Atlantic Ocean by Portstewart. It's a big old river by the time it gets to Coleraine and I tried to snap part of it up the other morning when I was out stretching the legs by Mountsandel Fort:
