The apartments behind are on the site of the old Windsor Hotel and were put up a few years ago. I suspect they're all second homes or AirBnB holiday lets now.
There was a Canadian television show called The Beachcombers that my family watched every week when I was young. The boat in your photo is similar to the boat owned by the lead character in the series.
ReplyDeleteThey're cute little boats - with the emphasis on little. As a land-lubber I'm not sure I'd be too keen on venturing out on the open seas in one of them. Most of them stick to Portstewart Bay, for lobster & crab, but even so the Atlantic can get pretty choppy at times.
