Not much else new in The Liberties at the minute. Winter is knocking on the door, with our first big storm last weekend. Spent a good few hours picking up branches yesterday, which are currently drying in the outhouse and will eventually be used as kindling for our stoves. Given the price of home heating oil these days (and we all know who to thank for that) I suspect we'll be using our stoves a lot this winter.
We are having an unusually warm autumn here. 22 C this afternoon, and it's been like that for the last two weeks and should continue for another. I hear a temperate winter is in our future here in the Midwest.
