On the way back from Indianapolis to Aurora we pulled in for a stretch of legs. It was hot and those highways are a tad relentless, so it was a welcome 10 minutes. When I saw the flag and then the all-American Airstream trailer I had to take a shot:

An interesting photo and wonderfully framed. I like how the white SUV(?) behind the black car in the foreground separates it nicely from the shadows in the gas pump area. More, please!

DeleteI assume this is off I-65 somewhere. That is my least favorite road in all of Indiana. It’s always busy and there is always construction. So tedious. But it is the fastest way to Chicago, and so we put up with it.
ReplyDeleteCorrect, Jim - off the I-65, on our way back up north. Coming down the sat nav took us a different route and we had a more interesting drive off the beaten track. Passed by working farms and small holdings, much nicer!
